MyStartr Program Director, Employer Partnerships Lynsey is the Director of Employer Partnerships in the MyStartr Program (formerly Opportunity For All Youth), which is powered by MaRS. She works with Coalition Employer Partners to remove the employment barriers young Canadians face, to help young people, in the MyStartr Program, find meaningful employment. Lynsey is a coalition partnership practitioner, with a career spanning 20+ years working on an array of world-renowned coalition programs like the AIR MILES Reward Program, Dotz Program, Nectar Program and Priority Pass. Her partners/clients have included organizations such as Bank of Montreal, American Express, Johnson Insurance, Royal Sun Alliance, Manulife Financial, Virgin, Disney, NBC Universal, Shell, BP, and Sobeys. Lynsey’s key strength is her ability to build strong relationships, galvanize teams and leverage data-driven insights to create and implement successful programs, positively impacting partner/client businesses. Born in Zimbabwe, Lynsey holds an MBA from the University of Surrey (UK). She is married with two teenage daughters.
